Return Policy

  • Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt in store and 15 days online for store credit only or exchange.
  • Merchandise must be UNWORN/unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have ALL tags attached.
  • ALL accessories, intimates, tights & bodysuits are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • All SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

How long do I have to make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of the order shipment date for a store credit, less the shipping charge. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Kay's reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.

Do I have to pay the return shipping?
All customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.

How do I get refunded if I paid with a gift code?
Purchases made with a gift cards are non-refundable.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to 5 business days from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

Am I able to return my item(s) at an Kay's store location?
Yes, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of your purchase date for an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale", items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer, bodysuits, tights, swimwear, earrings, fashion face covers, fashion or styling body tape, and gift certificates/cards are not returnable.

Am I able to exchange my item(s)?
Yes, all exchanges are processed once original items are returned. Contact customer service emails with the specific exchange details.

Can I return "Final Sale" items?
Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale", items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer, bodysuits, tights, swimwear, earrings, fashion face covers, fashion or styling body tape, and gift certificates/cards are not returnable.

Store Credit
If a purchase is made either entirely or partially with store credit and returned, the refund will be issued in a full store credit.

International Return Policy
Returns are accepted on full price merchandise that is shipped back within 15 days of its delivery date for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. In the case of a return, you will be emailed store credit information. Kay's is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties. For specific information regarding customs policies and fees please contact your local customs office. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
